I fulfilled the ordering process
for RadReviewEasy but can't log-in. Why?
Make sure that you are using your full email address as your username.
This is the email address that you used when you signed up for an
account. The e-mail address and password can be found in the order
confirmation e-mail.

and password. What should I do?
To recover a username and password, please contact McGraw-Hill customer

I need more time to access RadReviewEasy in order to prepare for my exam. What should I do?
As a RadReviewEasy user you can purchase an extension in order to
have more time working on the RadReviewEasy bank of questions.
Click on Subscribe
in the top navigation and select the extension option. Users who
subscribed prior to May 8, 2008, can only extend their subscription to
RadReviewEasy 2.0. Users who subscribed to RadReviewEasy by pin code subscribed to RadReviewEasy 1.0 and cannot extend their subscription. Further use of RadReviewEasy will require the purchase of a new subscription to RadReviewEasy 2.0.

How can I make sure that I see
all of the questions in the database?
Make sure “Only use unseen questions” is checked from
the Take Exam page. Then, when you select questions by discipline,
you’ll be shown the total number of questions remaining unseen in the
discipline displayed. Choose some or all of those questions for each
discipline until there are no questions remaining.

I only want to take tests in
one specialty or subspecialty (i.e., Patient Care). How can
I do this?
Once you have signed in to your exam session, click on Practice Exams
in the left navigation and select the radio button next to ”Select
questions Specialty.” or ”Select questions by Sub-Specialty." Follow
the directions on the subsequent page.

If I extend my original access
one time can I extend it a second (third, etc.) time?
Yes, there are no limits to the amount of times you can pay to extend
access to your account. However, users who subscribed prior to May 8,
2008, can only extend their subscription to RadReviewEasy 2.0. Users who subscribed to RadReviewEasy by pin code subscribed to RadReviewEasy 1.0 and cannot extend their subscription. Further use of RadReviewEasy will require the purchase of a new subscription to RadReviewEasy 2.0.

Why is there no access code for RadReviewEasy.com within the 7th edition of D.A. Saia's LANGE Q&A: Radiography Examination?
RadReviewEasy 2.0, with content from the 7th edition book, must be purchased separately. We have two purchasing options of RadReviewEasy 2.0 to fit your needs. Please visit the subscription page for more information. If you have an out-of-print edition of the 6th edition with an unused access code, you may still access RadReviewEasy 1.0.

Why do I have access to RadReviewEasy 1.0 and RadReviewEasy 2.0?
On May 8, 2008, RadReviewEasy
2.0 was launched, with updated questions and new questions (including
online-only questions) from the 7th edition of D.A. Saia’s LANGE Q&A: Radiography Examination. If you subscribed prior to then, you had subscribed to RadReviewEasy 1.0. RadReviewEasy
1.0 subscribers who paid for their online subscription with a credit
card at the account inception will have access to both 1.0 and 2.0,
which has the latest and most updated content, for the remainder of
their subscription. Please note that test history from RadReviewEasy 1.0 will not carry over to RadReviewEasy 2.0. Usage of the RadReviewEasy 2.0 course will create a separate test history. Account holders will only be able to extend subscriptionsa to RadReviewEasy 2.0.

I paid for a subscription to RadReviewEasy 1.0. Why don't I have RadReviewEasy 2.0 as well?
RadReviewEasy
1.0 subscribers who paid for their online subscription with a credit
card at the account inception will have access to both 1.0 and 2.0 for
the remainder of their subscription. RadReviewEasy 1.0
subscribers who created an account by pin code, regardless of whether
they paid for extensions, will only have access to RadReviewEasy 1.0 until their subscription terminates. These users will then be able to subscribe to RadReviewEasy 2.0. Please note that test history from RadReviewEasy 1.0 will not carry over to RadReviewEasy 2.0. Usage of the RadReviewEasy 2.0 course will create a separate test history.

How can I get access to RadReviewEasy 1.0?
Unless you subscribed prior to May 8, 2008 or subscribe using a pin code, you will not have access to RadReviewEasy 1.0. Subscribers that currently have access to RadReviewEasy
1.0 will not be able to extend their subscriptions to 1.0 (subscribers
that have access to both will be able to extend their subscription for
RadReviewEasy 2.0). Note, however, that 2.0 has the most up-to-date and relevant content for preparation for the ARRT exam.
